We are happy to consider all profiles of assignment engagement because
we recognise that there will be peaks and troughs of activity in
any assignment and that some will be very short. We always try to
accommodate this whenever we can.
Agility of Service
We always aim to respond to our clients’ needs and requirements
as quickly and efficiently as possible. The combined experience
and expertise of our people allows us to initiate and deliver a
wide range of assignments rapidly.
Consultant Selection
We always take great care to select the right people for each assignment.
We consider the required domain skills, knowledge and interpersonal
style. If we don’t have the right people available to undertake
the assignment, we will say so.
Collaborative Working
We always work collaboratively with our clients, their staff and
their stakeholders. We work to their agenda and we are open and
receptive to their ideas.
Skills Transfer
We are happy to transfer skills and expertise to our clients’

Incentivisation
Our people are only incentivised on producing a quality delivery
and a successful outcome for the assignment. We do NOT set our people
targets for sales or sell-ons because we feel this is not in the
best interest of our clients.
