Our people

Our people are our biggest asset. They have been carefully selected to fit our culture and style of delivery. We only recruit people who can deliver ‘beyond the PowerPoint’. They must have the ability to understand issues and challenges from our clients’ perspective and provide clear advice on different options. All of them can roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

All of our people are permanent employees and we have actively recruited them from different backgrounds, including major and niche consultancies, blue-chip organisations and systems integrators. However, they all have a set of common values and attributes which are:

breadth of experience across a variety of organisations and industries
good appreciation of the challenges and constraints that our clients face
thorough understanding of business improvement and IT-enabled change
specialist skills backed by good technology and business awareness
an understanding of the importance of team dynamics and shared goals

They offer an extensive range of sector knowledge which includes transport, financial services, telecommunications, construction, energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals, travel, retail, central government, government agencies, local government and the NHS.

Over 80% of our people have been with us for more than three years.

“We would use you again and would definitely recommend you to others. Just the sort of people we want to work with.”
