Programme Definition and Architecture
We are leading the design of a programme to transform a major government department into a customer-centric organisation, underpinned by a shared repository of information and common processes for customer interactions.

In-source Management
Managed the IT programme for the in-source of Jarvis and First Engineering maintenance contracts, involving over 1000 users, back into Network Rail.

Supply Chain Review
We led a study to define the business change management activities required to deploy strategic processes utilising eBusiness technology for a major transport organisation. Also, we identified opportunities for process integration and rationalisation.

Industry and Market Analysis
We performed a study of the software suppliers and packages used by the farming community. This was followed by an investigation of the technical profile of computers used by the farmers.

Requirements Capture and Analysis
We captured the business and systems requirements for a land management operation which needed to improve its disposal and development of a diverse portfolio of land assets.

Technical Infrastructure
We defined the technical infrastructure requirements for a major new government policy administration system. This included all of the availability, performance and operational requirements.

Test Strategy
We defined the test approach and processes for all web-based developments at a major financial institution.
